I have known Brett Casper for more than two decades, since the early years of both of our careers, and throughout that time he has remained one of the most grounding, positive, and supportive people in my life.
Long before wellness became mainstream, Brett was already living and teaching the principles of healthy living, mindful habits, nutrition, and personal growth. He was someone who encouraged me to slow down, reconnect with myself, and think differently about how I cared for my mind and body. We did cleanses together years ago that genuinely helped me break unhealthy habits and reset parts of my life that needed attention.

What a transformative experience I had working with Casper.

Breathwork has helped me to be able to look at fear as just an emotion that arises and does not need to be avoided. By “looking” and accepting the fact that I feel fear enables me to process it, not hold on to it, not to fear it [haha], release it and feel the surge of energy that is not only felt when the fear disappears from my body and mind, but also from the on-going integration that keeps happening over time where fear does not have such a strong hold over me.
I can more easily deal with it in my life as it arises in whatever way it manifests… my awareness is more present and alert
My inner intelligence also showed me how breathwork can connect me with my body again.
This truly amazing experience ended with inviting my biggest childhood fear into the room and defeating it with my hands.
